FIFA WC2010: who is the plan B?

The next FIFA world cup should be hosted in South Africa in 2010.
Yesterday, FIFA admitted there is a plan B for hosting the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

Lets guess who could that be?

1. what country in Africa could possibly be a plan B?
Egypt -> not likely (too much terrorist attacks in the foreseeable future)
Morocco -> not ready (stopped all investments projects in infrastructure and stadiums when it lost the 2010 campaign against SA)
Nigeria -> you must be kidding...
-> so no other African countries can successfully host the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

2.Let's exclude the feasible plan B:
An European country -> no, because the last World Cup was hosted in Germany in 2006.
A Latin American country -> no, because the next World Cup will be hosted in Brazil in 2014.

3. Then, the plan B could be an Asian country:
Most likely -> Australia (they've got all the necessary stadiums and infrastructure)
Possibly -> China (wait and see, how they manage the 2008 summer Olympics)

So,
If the plan B is activated (according to Blatter, FIFA president, only in case of natural disaster in SA), then Africa will never see
a Football world cup any time soon... at least not during our lifetime :-(
